Village Carbon was born out of a love for the natural world and an awareness of the damage that is being done to it. We are here to make the conservation of that natural world more accessible, creating pathways that make climate mitigation more accessible to everybody.
Village Carbon believes in a diversified approach to reflect a diversified world. We work with partners of all sizes but always try to bring non-profits and smaller landowners into the conversation, combining these groups’ potential to maximize their conservation effect and generate financial sustainability through carbon markets.
The carbon offset market has expanded rapidly over recent years, with an ever-growing range of solutions available to those looking to engage in climate mitigation. We relish using this diversity to find creative, innovative solutions. Our approach champions the regenerative ability of multiple landscapes, with a focus on grasslands, showing both how a holistic, wide-ranging approach is key to reversing the damage that has been done to the natural world and how conservation is accessible to all varieties of landowners.
