Village Carbon was born out of a love for the environment an awareness of the challenges facing it, and over 20 years of experience finding creative, innovative solutions to build successful, sustainable programs from the group up. We are here to make environmental conservation more accessible, creating pathways that bring climate mitigation and environmental stewardship within reach for everybody. 

Village Carbon believes in a diversified approach to reflect a diversified world. We work with partners of all sizes but strive to bring non-profits and smaller landowners into the conversation, combining these groups’ potential to maximize their mitigation potential and generate financial sustainability through carbon markets. 

The voluntary carbon market has expanded rapidly over recent years, with an ever-growing range of solutions available to those looking to engage in climate mitigation. We relish leveraging this diversity to build creative, innovative solutions to meet the unique needs of our partners. Our holistic, wide-ranging approach puts all options on the table while championing the regenerative ability of multiple landscapes, with a focus on forests and grasslands, alongside technology-based mitigation options.
